Hi, I’m Cindy Hernandez, founder and sole provider of Secret Vanity Med Spa.

 

Originally from Monterrey, Nuevo León, I’m a proud first-generation Mexican-American entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in advanced skincare and aesthetics. I created Secret Vanity Med Spa with a commitment to ethical, personalized, and results-driven care—building a welcoming space where every client feels truly seen, valued, and confident in their skin.

 

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some of Houston’s top reconstructive plastic surgeons and leading medical spas, gaining extensive experience in advanced skincare, laser treatments, regenerative aesthetics, and cosmetic injectables under the guidance of a Medical Director.

 

My passion for aesthetics comes from my own personal journey. Having struggled with acne and the emotional impact that skin concerns can have, I understand how deeply our skin can affect our confidence. That experience has shaped my commitment to becoming the professional, ethical, and compassionate aesthetic provider every client deserves.
